A full set typically takes about an hour, depending on length and any nail art or design added on.
Every 2–3 weeks, as your natural nail grows out from under the acrylic. Waiting much longer than that increases the chance of lifting or breakage near the cuticle line.
Acrylic itself isn't damaging when applied and removed properly. Damage usually happens from picking product off or skipping proper soak-off removal. Always come in for removal rather than pulling acrylic off at home.
